I recently worked on a TV commercial for Murine Eyedrops You can see it on UK Television or at www.murine.co.uk and click on play TV commercial produced by Space City Productions.
I was responsible not just for the bodypainting but for making and painting the backgrounds to the client’s specifications to compliment their product packaging. Prep work for this assignment included; painting background panels, making facial casts, producing a prosthetic mask piece for the diamond look, creating a diamante encrusted panel, creating water droplet prosthetics for the jungle scene, crushing rocks and sourcing sand for the desert panel, and then on the shoot painting the models vanish into those vistas. It took weeks of planning, painting and preparation and I for one am very happy with the results.
